Quick view of AWS services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud computing platform that offers a wide range of services for computing, storage, networking, analytics, machine learning, security, and more. Some of the most popular AWS services include:

  1. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2): This service provides scalable computing capacity in the cloud, allowing users to launch and manage virtual servers (called “instances”) on demand.
  2. Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3): This service provides scalable object storage in the cloud, allowing users to store and retrieve any amount of data from anywhere on the internet.
  3. Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS): This service provides a fully managed message queue that enables decoupled of microservices, distributed systems, and serverless applications.
  4. Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS): This service makes it easy to send push notifications to mobile devices, emails, and other distributed systems, as well as set up SMS and voice messaging.
  5. Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS): This service is a highly scalable, fast container management service that makes it easy to run, stop, and manage Docker containers on a cluster.
  6. Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS): This service makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. It supports popular database engines such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
  7. Amazon Aurora: This service is a fully managed, high-performance, and highly available relational database engine that is compatible with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  8. Amazon Redshift: This service is a fully managed data warehouse that makes it easy to analyze large amounts of data using SQL and your existing business intelligence tools.
  9. Amazon Cognito: This service is a user identity and data synchronization service that makes it easy to add user sign-up, sign-in, and access control to your web and mobile applications.
  10. Amazon Elasticsearch Service: This service is a fully managed, scalable, and secure Elasticsearch service that makes it easy to deploy, operate, and scale Elasticsearch in the cloud.
  11. Amazon CloudFront: This service is a content delivery network (CDN) that speeds up the delivery of static and dynamic web content, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images.
  12. Amazon Route 53: This service is a scalable and highly available Domain Name System (DNS) web service that routes traffic to Internet applications.
  13. Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR): This service is a fully managed Docker container registry that makes it easy to store, manage, and deploy Docker container images.
  14. Amazon Elastic Transcoder: This service is a fully managed, scalable, and cost-effective video transcoding service that lets you convert video files from one format to another.
  15. Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS): This service makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. It supports popular database engines such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
  16. Amazon Aurora: This service is a fully managed, high-performance, and highly available relational database engine that is compatible with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  17. Amazon Redshift: This service is a fully managed data warehouse that makes it easy to analyze large amounts of data using SQL and your existing business intelligence tools.
  18. Amazon Cognito: This service is a user identity and data synchronization service that makes it easy to add user sign-up, sign-in, and access control to your web and mobile applications.
  19. Amazon Elasticsearch Service: This service is a fully managed, scalable, and secure Elasticsearch service that makes it easy to deploy, operate, and scale Elasticsearch in the cloud.
  20. Amazon CloudFront: This service is a content delivery network (CDN) that speeds up the delivery of static and dynamic web content, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images.
  21. Amazon AppStream 2.0: This service is a fully managed, secure application streaming service that lets you stream desktop applications from the cloud to any device.
  22. Amazon CloudWatch: This service is a monitoring service for AWS resources and the applications you run on the cloud. It provides data and operational insights to help you improve the availability and performance of your applications.
  23. Amazon Inspector: This service is an automated security assessment service that helps you improve the security and compliance of your applications.
  24. Amazon Macie: This service uses machine learning to automatically discover, classify, and protect sensitive data in the cloud.
  25. Amazon GuardDuty: This service is a threat detection service that uses machine learning and other security analytics technologies to identify and prioritize security threats.
  26. Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC): This service lets you create a virtual network in the cloud, giving you complete control over your virtual networking environment.
